Tardiness: Since our technicians work within a structured schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. After a 10 minute tardiness, it will be up to the technician’s discretion if it is necessary to reschedule the appointment.

Children’s Policy: We ask that children only visit the salon and spa when they are receiving services.

First Impressions Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We will help you personalize a memorable experience for someone special. Please note: gift certificates are non-refundable.

Spa Appointments: Incorporated within your scheduled arrival time is an extra 15 minutes to take advantage of all our special amenities.

Cancellations: If you are unable to honor a reservation, please give us a courtesy call within 48 hours.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned checks.

Packages: We require a credit card number to reserve all packages. Failure to cancel your reservation within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge. Thank you for your cooperation
